Design and development of a wireless power supply and communication system for immersion probes
The collaboration between Chemitec, a company that has been a benchmark in water monitoring for over 40 years, the Cefriel digital innovation center, and the MADE Competence Center 4.0 continues to offer innovative solutions to open up new sectors, leveraging the best technologies available on the market.
The European Union-funded project NextGenerationEU has led to the creation of a modular architecture designed jointly by Chemitec and Cefriel to scale their products to new market scenarios and applications.
From an operational standpoint, the development platform was created thanks to a previous and well-established collaboration between Chemitec and Cefriel, which further enhanced the synergy between Chemitec’s specific technical domain expertise and Cefriel’s multidisciplinary expertise, particularly in the study of existing technological solutions, data interpretation methods, and the development of complex embedded components.
The new innovation path, continuing the previous project, has led to the evolution of the smart platform. While keeping the end-user experience and the value of data at its core, it now aims to enhance the ability to manage and utilize data collected in the field and expand the provision of services.
